Unhealthy attachment to a concept or view can weigh one down,
destabilize and cause us to stumble,
or worse yet form idols that prevent us from properly seeing things as they actually are, in fact.
A teacher or teaching can veil us from truth.
Be aware. Be human. Stay warm hearted. Be non-attached.
Cultivate your body, your intellect, your intuition,
like a garden, a healthy garden of heart, to feed the babies the best there can be.
Learn to flow. Find your way to the river. Find your way to the sea.
Dive in head first. Drown in its depths and really breathe! As if you never breathed before.
This man, he speaks strangely.
I still forget too much, too often.
I get lost on my carpet.
Where is my tasbih?
Nevermind.
I’ll use my knuckles instead.
